Dear Friends:

Christmas greetings from the staff, missionaries, and Missionary Associates that serve the Assemblies of God fellowship in Europe. We pray that the season will be joyous for you and your loved ones and that the Lord would bless you with His peace. We thank many of you for praying for our missionary family and trust that the gospel will go forward during these turbulent times.

Allow me to share the following testimony from the Czech Republic as an encouragement to you during this holiday season.

A dear pastor and friend from the Czech Republic wrote to share that his 16-year-old daughter was diagnosed with cancer. He took her to the best hospital in his town and to a special oncology clinic in Brno. They recognized the tumor as malignant. After a biopsy, the preliminary test proved this to be true. There was seemingly no hope left that it might turn out to be benign.

Two days after this test, the pastor and his wife spoke with the clinic director. The director was truly confused. His oncology tests showed the tumor to be benign. The pastor said, "He had no explanation how they were not able to recognize it before."

Praise the Lord! We rejoice with this pastor and his daughter. She no longer faces three weeks of hospitalization or chemotherapy therapy. She is doing well. Our only explanation for this is a miracle.

Friends, during this holiday season, may the Christ of Christmas, God incarnate, and the Miracle of all Miracles, be your peace and strength.

Sincerely, your friends in the Europe office,

Greg Mundis
